In certain circumstances, XV Elite may earn a placement success fee when talent is successfully placed through the platform.

University Scholarships

Where XV Elite plays a direct role in facilitating a scholarship opportunity, a placement fee may be charged in accordance with the agreement between XV Elite and the recruiting institution or organisation.

Professional Rugby Contracts

For professional player placements, XV Elite may receive a placement fee or recruitment commission based on a separate agreement with the recruiting club, agency, or organisation.

Club and Academy Placements

For club and academy placements, a fixed placement fee may apply where agreed upon by the relevant parties.
