Our services include:

* Staff profiles
* Recruitment tools
* Performance data services
* STATSports performance analysis services
* Talent discovery and exposure opportunities
* Rugby pathway and networking opportunities

XV Elite provides a platform to facilitate visibility and connections within the rugby community.

2. No Guarantees

XV Elite does not guarantee:

* Scholarships
* Contracts
* Team selection
* Trials
* Recruitment opportunities
* Employment
* Professional rugby opportunities
* University placements
* International opportunities

Creating a profile, purchasing a membership, or using XV Elite services does not guarantee any specific outcome.

All recruitment, selection, and contracting decisions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant organisation, recruiter, school, university, academy, club, or professional team.

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

* Be at least 18 years old; or
* Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring information submitted on behalf of minors is accurate.

4. Account Registration

Users agree to:

* Provide accurate information
* Maintain updated profile information
* Keep login credentials secure
* Accept responsibility for activity conducted under their account

XV Elite reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts containing false, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate information.

5. Membership Plans

XV Elite may offer free and paid membership plans.

Membership benefits may include:

* Additional profile fields
* Performance data integration
* Video uploads
* Recruitment tools
* Verified profile features
* Recruiter access features

Membership features may change from time to time.

XV Elite reserves the right to modify membership features, pricing, and services at its discretion.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to:

* Pay all applicable fees
* Provide accurate billing information
* Authorise recurring payments where applicable

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled at any time.

Unless otherwise required by law:

* Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
* Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds.
* Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing cycle.

Specialised performance services, consulting services, STATSports sessions, and customised reports may not be refundable once delivered.

8. Profile Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that:

* Statistics are accurate
* Performance data is truthful
* Videos belong to the user or are used with permission
* Academic and rugby information is correct

Providing false or misleading information may result in profile suspension or removal.

9. Verified Performance Data

Certain performance information may be verified through XV Elite performance services, including STATSports technology.

Verified data indicates that the information was collected or reviewed through approved processes.

Verification does not constitute an endorsement, ranking, guarantee, or prediction of future performance.

10. Recruiters, Scouts & Organisations

Recruiters, schools, universities, academies, clubs, and professional teams using XV Elite agree to:

* Use information responsibly
* Comply with applicable laws and regulations
* Respect player privacy
* Conduct independent assessments before making recruitment decisions

XV Elite is not responsible for recruitment decisions made by third parties.<br>

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

* Photos
* Videos
* Documents
* CVs
* Performance information

By uploading content, users grant XV Elite a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, promote, and distribute such content for platform and marketing purposes.

Users confirm they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload all content.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

* Submit false information
* Impersonate another person
* Upload offensive or unlawful content
* Harass other users
* Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
* Copy or scrape platform data
* Use XV Elite for unlawful purposes

XV Elite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

13. Intellectual Property

All XV Elite branding, logos, website content, graphics, software, and materials remain the property of XV Elite unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit XV Elite content without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

XV Elite may integrate with third-party services, including:

* STATSports
* Video hosting providers
* Payment processors
* Analytics platforms

XV Elite is not responsible for the policies, actions, or services of third-party providers.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XV Elite shall not be liable for:

* Recruitment outcomes
* Selection decisions
* Contract negotiations
* Scholarship decisions
* Lost opportunities
* Indirect or consequential damages
* Data loss caused by third-party systems

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

16. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the XV Elite Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

17. Changes to Services

XV Elite may:

* Modify platform features
* Add or remove functionality
* Adjust pricing
* Introduce new membership tiers

Changes may occur without prior notice where necessary.

18. Termination

XV Elite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

* Violate these Terms &amp; Conditions
* Provide false information
* Abuse platform services
* Engage in unlawful activity

Termination may occur without refund where a breach of these Terms has occurred.
