Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your XV Elite package at any time. Downgrades will normally take effect from the next billing period.
Is there a free package?
Yes. XV Elite offers a free Starter profile. Pro and Elite packages include additional profile, visibility, recruitment and performance features.
Is my profile public?
Your public profile can be viewed by visitors and approved XV Elite users. Private account information and sensitive personal details are not displayed publicly.
How do STATSports GPS units work?
STATSports Sonra Lite units track player movement and physical performance during matches and training. XV Elite analyses the data and produces individual and team performance reports.
Do I need STATSports to use XV Elite?
No. Players, staff, organisations and recruiters can use XV Elite without GPS data. STATSports performance monitoring is an optional additional service.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled before the next billing date. Paid features normally remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include card payments, electronic payment options or direct arrangements for organisation packages.
Do you offer discounts for organisations?
Yes. Custom pricing may be available for schools, universities, academies, clubs and professional teams requiring multiple services, season packages or long-term arrangements.
Is customer support included?
Yes. General platform support is included with all packages. Pro and Elite members receive additional assistance, with dedicated support available on selected Elite packages.
