Frikkie Grabie
Frikkie Grabie is a co-founder and director of XV Elite and plays a central role in the strategic development, operations and expansion of the platform.
With extensive leadership and training experience, Frikkie brings a structured and professional approach to the management of XV Elite. His focus includes business development, partnerships, technology integration, performance reporting and the creation of systems that allow athletes and organisations to manage and present their information effectively.

wiehahn herbst
Wiehahn Herbst is a co-founder and director of XV Elite and brings extensive professional rugby experience to the organisation.
Having competed at the highest levels of the game, including professional rugby in South Africa and Europe, Wiehahn understands the demands placed on athletes throughout their development and professional careers.
His experience provides XV Elite with valuable insight into player development, performance expectations, recruitment pathways and the realities of professional sport. Wiehahn plays an important role in guiding the rugby strategy of the platform and developing relationships within the rugby community.
