The Rebel high-quality Rubber Coated Steel Plates have an inner diameter of 50.8mm and the durable iron insert offers a snug fit onto the bar ensuring it doesn’t move unreasonably. The rubber coating on the plate ensures less wear and tear and the Tri-Grip allows for easy handling and prevents accidental dropping, protecting the plate as well as the floor and platforms. Available in 2,5kg ,5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg.
With a centre hole diameter of 50mm (2”), the standard size for Olympic barbells.
